Who doesn't love chocolate and peanut butter!

I love to bake almost as much as I love to write. I have a huge sweet tooth and am always on the prowl for new recipes to try. No bake cookies are one of my all time favorites. I try to tell myself they are healthy because they have oatmeal in it. Here is the recipe I use when I make these. I often substitute milk chocolate chips for cocoa powder I tend to use about half a cup instead of a quarter. Let me know if you try this out. I'd love to hear what you think.
